From 6am, you might see our horticulture team at work on our 300 tree commercial orchards. They provide our kitchens & nearby customers in Bali delicious year round produce.
Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Palestinian Figs, Pomelo, Avocado, Longan & Afghanistan Mulberry – also ensure our Japanese Beehives produce fresh Sumbawa blossom honey for our kitchens.

Our beautiful 25meter salt water lap pool is open daily for guests & members.

Our chefs offer a changing menu of the best local seafood, farm & orchard produce in modern Indonesian dishes alongside western dining classics in two restaurants.
